IVC's organic farm is Project of the Year

Indian Valley Organic Farm & Garden, a 5.8-acre organic farm at the College of Marin's Indian Valley campus in Novato, has received the Project of the Year award from the Corps Network.
The network, an organization representing the nation's 143 service and conservation corps, recognized the farm as an example of a community partnership leading to career development.
Conservation Corps North Bay, a nonprofit agency partnering with the College of Marin to operate the farm, will receive the award on the farm's behalf in Washington, D.C., this week.
